St. Francis Sacramento senior Ariane Arndt anchored the Troubadours to a victory in the 4 x 400 relay in 3:50.52, in addition to placing second in the invitational 800 in 2:09.62 and contributing to a runner-up finish in the 4 x 100 relay in 47.92 at the Sacramento Meet of Champions at American River College.
